- HOW TO USE: The Puregrounding sheet is very easy to use. First, spread it over your existing bed sheet and tuck in the excess on both sides. Then snap the grounding cord onto the metal stud on the side of the sheet, and plug the other end of the cord into the grounding port of your wall outlet (adapters included for non-USA customers). When you touch the sheet with your skin, you will be grounded to the earth

- WASH INSTRUCTIONS: To wash the grounding sheet, we recommend washing it by itself using cold water and a gentle, natural detergent.
